Snugpet
Snugpet is a mobile app concept designed to connect pet owners with trusted pet care services. The project covers end-to-end product design, including brand identity, UX research, user flows, and high-fidelity UI design, creating a cohesive and friendly digital experience tailored to animal lovers.

The goal was to craft a brand and digital experience capable of increasing user acquisition, improving onboarding activation rates, and encouraging recurring app usage. This involved simplifying information architecture, reducing friction across key user flows, and designing an emotionally engaging interface to strengthen user connection with the product.
The outcome is a cohesive brand and mobile experience optimized for conversion, combining a distinctive visual identity with an intuitive, mobile first interface. The redesigned user journeys support higher sign-up completion, increased in-app engagement, and faster task execution, establishing scalable foundations.
